Buses Bullies & Red Letter Days, the first collection of Thumbs Comics by Brian Heagney (me) is now available in book form from Cafe Press.

Hey, thanks for viewing my comic Thumbs. To be perfectly honest, I'm well into my 5th year drawing Thumbs comics, but I've only just begun cleaning them up so they're actually a little legible.

I started back in 1999, before I had a computer. I would go to the local Kinkos with my drawings, make copy after copy using the percentage increase or decrease, until I woefully ended up with a 4th or even 5th generation copy, but in zine-type 8.5 x 11 inch format. I think I actually sold a few of these at the local record shop around the corner.

But now its 2006, I own a computer, scanner and photo-editing software, so I thought I'd clean them up a bit, and make them nice enough to eventually print out some books.

I'm going to post these in the order I drew them in. I admit, while I'm not the greatest artist now, back then I was horrible. These first ones are going to be quite off model, and the sizes of the comics are going to be random.
